Order, Delivery, and Refund Policy

At Trillium Wholesales distributions , we are committed to providing a seamless experience for our restaurant partners. We strive to serve communities that are often underserved outside of the Greater London Area. To ensure clarity and efficiency, the following terms apply to all transactions.

1. Account Qualification & Confidentiality

  • Approval Process: All prospective buyers must be approved by Trillium Wholesale Distributions Corp. Approval is based on specific criteria including, but not limited to, Minimum Order Volume (MOV), geographical location, and purchasing frequency.
  • Pricing Confidentiality: Our commercial pricing is exclusive and tailored to individual partners. By placing an inquiry or order, you agree that pricing is confidential and must not be distributed or shared externally with competitors or third parties.

2. Ordering & Payment Terms

  • Invoicing: Official invoices are provided for all orders.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Cash, Cheque, E-transfer, and Credit Card (via QuickBooks Online ordering).
    Note: In-person credit card processing is coming soon.
  • Deposits: For large volume orders, a deposit ranging from 5% to 50% may be required prior to processing. This determination is at the sole discretion of Trillium Wholesale Distributions Corp.
  • Payment Upon Delivery (Strict Policy): Items will not be unloaded from delivery vehicles until payment has been made in full. Failure to provide payment upon arrival may result in the cancellation of the delivery and potential restocking fees.

3. Delivery Policy: “On Time. Everytime.”

  • Delivery Fees: Delivery charges are determined individually based on the size of the order and the destination geography. These will be confirmed prior to finalizing the order.
  • Scheduling: After an order is 100% confirmed, Trillium Wholesale Distributions Corp. will provide a specific delivery date. This date is determined solely by us based on logistical routes.
  • The 48-Hour Guarantee: We guarantee delivery within 48 hours of the specific delivery date provided to you.
  • Late Delivery Compensation: In the rare event that we are unable to deliver within 48 hours of the specified delivery date, we will provide a 1% discount against the total order volume applied to the rescheduled delivery date.

4. Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

  • Food Safety & Hygiene: As a wholesale restaurant distributor, our products are handled and delivered according to strict food-safe practices. To maintain the integrity of our supply chain and the safety of all customers, returns and restocking are generally not available.
  • All Sales Final: All sales are considered final.
  • Exceptions & Credits: Exceptions to the “Final Sale” policy are rare and are granted totally at the sole discretion of Trillium Wholesale Distributions Corp.
      • If an exception is made, refunds will typically be issued in the form of Store Credit for future orders.
      • We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet our quality assurance standards.
